We currently looking to immediately fill a After Sales Care/Installed Sales Coordinator role.

Summary

Provide after-sales service coordination for all After Sales Care programs. Coordinate and provide administrative support for in-home warranty work with our After Sales Care specialists, sales team, and customers. Works with scheduling and invoicing subcontractors for both After Sales Care and Installed Sales.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Acknowledge and assist internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Identify the needs and provide the appropriate level of assistance
  • Effectively research and resolve complaints and conflicts

After-Sales Service Coordination/Administrative

  • Complete all required vendor processes to track and finalize warranty work via on-line applications or via other required methods.
  • Complete Service Job paperwork thoroughly and accurately.
  • Collect appropriate service fees from customers and properly process them through the point of sale system.
  • Act as a liaison between After Sales Care Specialists and customers and the After Sales Care Specialists and employees, as needed.
  • Order parts as requested.
  • Schedule warranty appointments for the After Sales Care Specialists as requested.
  • Keep an up-to-date calendar for service coordination.
  • Billing and invoicing labor through the spruce system

Installed Sales Coordination/Administration

  • Obtaining and updating appropriate vendor insurance and sign of requirements
  • Creating job folders and updating statuses on open jobs.
  • Scheduling deliveries to coincide with installed dates.
  • Builder and subcontractor interaction with bid proposals and scheduling requests.

Excellent attitude and customer service skills.

Must be able to interact and communicate with supervisors, coworkers and customers in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.


  • Education/Experience: College degree preferred but not required, with a minimum of 2 years clerical/purchasing experience and/or working knowledge of building products.
  • Language Ability: Effective communication and negotiation skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Math Ability: Advanced math skills.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to use sound judgment and problem solving skills in order to analyze needs and to recommend the proper course of action.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft office and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
