We are currently looking for a position in our Rockland office that would also support neighboring offices and other company initiatives across all three states.

If you are working for us, here are some of the things you would be doing:

  • Providing top notch administrative support and customer service to your Managers, Agents, and Customers
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as answering phone, greeting visitors, responding to correspondence, ordering supplies and scheduling appointments. All with a smile!
  • Reviewing listing and transaction files for accuracy and completion as well as ensuring their input into office systems.
  • Performing listing input into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Completing forms for transactions according to procedure.
  • Processing and depositing escrow and closing commission checks.
  • Leveraging our marketing software and systems to create marketing pieces and listing materials for agents.
  • Creating social media posts and assisting agents in setting up business pages and profiles.
  • Processing on-boarding paperwork for new Realtors.
  • Troubleshooting common IT questions for the office and agents and work with the William Raveis Tech team as needed.
  • Assisting in the creation of the company-wide newsletter and on-going product knowledge training.
  • Acting as the Raveis tools expert by learning the tools available to the agents and providing training and guidance on how to leverage them.
  • Special projects for the President or Executive management as necessary.

We are looking for someone who can make a difference from day one. You will need to have a high level of organization skills, attention to detail and the aptitude to learn Real Estate specific software. Having a background involving social media or marketing skills is a plus.

Salary of $20 to $30 an hour based on experience
