ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyzes and solves complex connectivity problems network-wide (LAN/WAN). Monitors, detects, and diagnoses
quick fix.
- Works with network security, ensuring the highest possible level of security at the communications level. Works
the LAN (Local Area Network) level. Analyzes current configurations related to network security and
recommends and implements improvements to ensure that data transmission is secure.
- Carries out configuration or hardware changes according to established change management policies.
- Leads the communication network strategy. Suggests technology and services according to business needs.
- Evaluates and recommends network architecture following best practices for quality and high availability.
- Evaluates and recommends network/server hardware and software for purchase.
- Creates and maintains WAN /LAN communication network documentation.
- Defines multi-channel strategy for call centers.
- Manages Contact Center and PBX platforms.
- Complies consistently with company standards, policies, and procedures and local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, code of conduct, and employment practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, preferably.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in network administration. Meet at least one (1) of the following requirements:
- Network+
- Cisco CCNA
Certifications/Licenses: ITIL
“Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements.”

Spanish – Intermediate (writing, conversation, reading, and
comprehension)
English – Intermediate (writing, conversation, reading, and
comprehension)
