Your day-to day:
- Responsible for the hosting and setting up activities as scheduled.
- Encourage and assist residents in participation of activities
- Encourages team members on activity opportunities to make meaningful connections. ·
- Takes attendance and photographs for every activity using Sagely ·
- Any other duties assigned by the Activity Director
The Must Haves:
- High School diploma/GED and six months related experience and/or training
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Energy, enthusiasm, creativity and excitement!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
Experience:
- dementia care: 1 year (Required)
- activity directing: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
