Position Summary:
The A/P Specialist position will process vendor invoices. Responsibilities also include review of documentation for accuracy and proper approvals, working with multiple locations, and maintaining good vendor relationships. This position will report to the Regional Controller.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Enforce Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Understand the full cycle of Accounts Payable process.
- Verify all invoices have proper approval and corresponding back-up documentation.
- Accurately enter data in system and attach documentation.
- Research vendor inquiries regarding all short payments and claim compliances.
- Prepare and complete all payments and pay cycles.
- Maintain good vendor relations and ensure timely payments.
