We’re looking for Warehouse Production Associates for a leading meal-kit delivery service. Earn up to $15.50/hr. in a fast paced, fun environment, helping process customer orders at their Douglasville, GA fulfillment center. No experience required!

These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work!

About the Role:

Pay Rate: Earn up to $15.50/hr.

Available Shift Times:

• Thursday – Monday 7:00am – 3:30pm

• Saturday – Wednesday 7:00am – 3:30pm

• Thursday – Monday 4:00pm – 12:30am

• Saturday – Wednesday 4:00pm – 12:30am

• Friday – Tuesday 9:30pm – 6:00am

• Wednesday – Sunday 9:30pm – 6:00am

Key Responsibilities:

This is a cross-functional warehouse associate role; tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Required to follow all GMPs while onsite at the facilities
• Must always keep work area clean and assist in EOD clean ups
• Adheres to all safety guidelines (i.e. proper lifting techniques)
• Support the efforts of the company to maintain our food safety system (SQF) and quality programs This position requires 0% travel.
• Must be able to receive direction from Supervisor or Production Lead to fulfill production requirements
• Must label packaging at the standard average rate
• Must know how to use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients
• Must have strong attention to detail while picking ingredients in the meal bagging/kitting process
• Ability to transition between tasks when needed

Key Requirements:

• No experience necessary!
• High School Diploma preferred but NOT required
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Available for overtime, weekends & holidays as needed
• The ability to operate warehouse tools
• Can understand, follow, and execute written and/or verbal instructions
• Operate with a sense of urgency, and have an eye for detail
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Can acclimate to cold environments at 38 degrees working environment
• Able to maintain excellent attendance
