The Role
Looking back on 2022, we feel proud to have helped more than 50,000 people access care, including patients under 18 and those who need psychiatric services, this is only the beginning. We're seeking a VP of Partnerships energized to make a major difference in making sure mental healthcare works for everyone. In this role, you'll work and thrive in fast-paced environments, and take a holistic approach to partnerships; testing, learning, and optimizing strategies enabling you to manage resources that efficiently align partnership priorities with Path's business goals. You will sit at the intersection of all Path partnerships and help drive overall company strategy, setting Path up for long-term success. You'll shape our reputation with the largest payers and health systems in the country.
You Will
- Develop the overall go-to-market Partnership strategy, vision, framework, roadmap, and success metrics for Path
- Manage, provide leadership, and support an internal team
- Continue to hire and build your team from the ground up
- Efficiently manage resources that align partnership priorities to Path business goals
- Drive more demand and start to become the "preferred" partner
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ops, product, and finance to ensure roadmaps and resources are aligned
What We're Looking For:
- A leader with experience leading a partnership team who sold into payers or health systems (both are a bonus)
- An individual with experience with a unique reimbursement model (value-based care, performance incentives, bundles, etc.)
- A leader with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of financial unit economics
- Experience selling into health systems and/or payers
- Executive presence with an ability to interact well with senior leadership
- Exceptional client service attitude and demeanor for internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with health systems and payers and familiarity with the decision makers of healthcare provider organizations
