As a Barclays Fraud Operations – VP, you will have accountability for supporting US Fraud Operations - Investigations, Case and Loss Management, Recovery and Disputes. In your new role you will influence business improvement initiatives to drive performance and expansion of the automation and digital roadmap. You will drive process improvement for Fraud loss reduction working with Fraud Strategy and Analytics, Customer Care, and the USCB business partners to improve the customer experience across all interactions.

Salary/ Rate Minimum: $125,000.00
Salary/ Rate Maximum: $165,000.00

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborating with Strategic Initiatives team to operationalize and execute approved projects
  • Ensuring requirements are provided to technology and product delivered is in line with business needs
  • Partnering with Fraud Operations teams to prepare for execution of changes
  • Working with Partner teams to streamline operations while ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Being the central point to work horizontally with all stakeholders that support and interact with Fraud Operations
  • Making data driven decisions while also demonstrating balanced judgment

What we’re looking for:

  • Four years’ Bachelor’s degree Finance/ Business or equivalent work experience
  • Five years’ experience in fraud management in the financial services industry

  • LEAN process and change management
  • Comfortable working remotely, leveraging collaborations tools and video conferencing
  • Solid use of initiative and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent planning, organization and analytical skills
