Job purpose

Lead and drive the strategy for growing and expanding our market for our community-based services, supporting individuals. Create marketing plans and customer relationships with case managers, state and local agencies, and other stakeholders in the community to develop services to meet the needs of the community. Provide leadership in the development, coaching, and mentoring of program staff.

Participate as a member of the Enriched Living senior leadership team; fostering an environment which supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams and personal outcomes aligned with the Enriched Living mission, vision and values.

Major Responsibilities

• Participate in/create the strategic decision-making processes regarding the direction of an organization’s programs or services.
• Manage staff members who are responsible for implementing programs designed to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee program design, implementation, and evaluation to ensure that programs meet their goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, case managers, government agencies and/or other stakeholders to ensure that programs meet their needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure that they are achieving their goals.

Financial/Operational Management

• Develop, monitor, and achieve operational budgets.
• Monitor statistical and financial reports and implement corrections as needed.
• Manage, mentor and develop the employees of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology, Counseling, Allied Health, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.)
• Minimum of 7-8 years of human services industry experience, combined with 4 years of progressive senior-level management experience.
• Must have financial management skills and budget experience.
• Knowledge of provision of service for persons with disabilities in Minnesota

Working conditions

This job will require working in many different conditions. Sometime will be spent in the office, while at other times travel may be required to visit program sites, engage with the people supported, attend conferences, and provide supervision to the Designated Managers.

Direct reports

This position will oversee the operational leaders of this business segment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
