The Vice President of Human Resources (Enterprise) will plan, direct, and coordinate the Human Resources function at the enterprise level.

Essential Functions

Manage and oversee day to day functions of Human Resources Department.


Work closely with the Benefits Manager to assist in the management and oversight of the employee benefit programs at the corporate level. Work closely with the Payroll Manager to assist in the management and oversight of the Payroll and HRIS function for the organization.


Responsible for the maintenance and gatekeeping of the enterprise Salary Administration Plan.


Work with State HR Managers on common projects, such as development of Company wide policies and procedures, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, LinkedIn company profile, and cyber security practices.


Work with executive managers to provide strategic direction and insight for the HR.


Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and background checks on applicants for job openings in all departments.


Assist and train supervisors and managers with personnel issues, keeping them informed of Company policies and legal issues affecting personnel management. Consult with and advise managers and supervisors on problems with employees and make recommendations for discipline when and where necessary. Assist supervisors and managers with performance appraisals, disciplinary issues, employee engagement and other Human Resource issues.


Responsible for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for the HR function.


Experience

Required
  • 5 - 7 years: 5 years minimum in an executive HR role

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
