Ally Pet Medical Center, a privately-owned, full-service small animal veterinary hospital in Sammamish, WA is looking for an energetic, fun, compassionate veterinary receptionist to join our growing team. If you have 1+ years of veterinary reception experience, a passion for animals, love interacting with both patients and clients, and would be comfortable in a fully computerized, paperless practice, we would love to have you join our team. The position is full-time and can start immediately.
As a receptionist at Ally Pet Medical Center, you play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of a busy veterinary clinic. You will be responsible for greeting clients and patients, answering phones, checking and responding to email, scheduling appointments, and checking patients out at the end of their visit. In addition, there will be shared housekeeping responsibilities to keep our practice sparkling clean!
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-7pm and Saturday from 9am-4pm, closed on Sundays. We are located in the beautiful Pine Lake area of Sammamish, just up the plateau from Issaquah.
