We are seeking talented Validation Engineers ranging from entry level associates to senior level principals. Qualifications and desired experience may include the following:
Clearance: These positions require eligibility for a government security clearance.
Work schedules: Flexible 9/80 Work schedules with every other Friday off.
Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time, with potential hybrid opportunity

We are seeking talented Validation Engineers ranging from entry level associates to senior level principals. Qualifications and desired experience may include the following:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance
- Appropriate-level experience, knowledge, and scope of responsibility over all aspects of validation engineering. May include the following areas:
- Testing/validation experience in an electronics lab environment
- Strong knowledge of operation of Oscilloscopes
- Understanding of electrical measurement methodologies
- Creating and implementing Validation plans for ASIC, SoC, and FPGA designs.
- Collaborating with digital, verification, and analog design teams to generate validation plans.
- Specify all systems and lab equipment required to execute validation plans.
- Ensure that validation activities are implemented for each ASIC and system to meet all engineering specifications and requirements.
- Create and maintain validation documentation for new and existing IC designs and systems.
- Collect, organize and present data generated from Validation plans.
- Lead and support Design Qualification processes including: System Impact Assessments (SIA), Project Validation Plan (PVP), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and User Requirement Specifications (URS).
- Develop, execute and review validation protocols and related documentation in accordance with procedures and policies
- Support resolution of validation events and escalate concerns in a timely manner
- Comply with all policies and standards
