Position Overview.

We are seeking professional and competent Security Officers to join our Unarmed Security Division and to undertake the surveillance and gate access control of our clients residential property.

You will be tasked with consistently checking and documenting visitor and resident ID's upon entry and allowing authorized visitors access into the community. The ideal candidate for our Security Division will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation and ability to consistently maintain policy and procedure.

Position Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to)

• Greeting and welcoming residents and visitors in a sincere, friendly manner.
• Check and document visitor and resident ID's upon authorized entry each time they arrive to the property.
• Monitor inward and outward traffic, and ensure that it is properly streamlined.
• Contact appropriate law enforcement or medical response agency in cases of emergencies or threats, and attempt to handle situations until help arrives. Contact Supervisor to report situation immediately.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, and create and submit correlating reports on them.
• Complying with company and resident procedures and safety policies.
• Monitor CCTVs and gate access to ensure that they are in good working order and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Position Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid NV PILB Guard Card.
• Well-groomed, professional uniform appearance at all times.
• Team player.
• Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Possess basic computer skills.

Position Compensation:

• $14.00 per hour
• Dental/ Vision/ Health/ Aflac offered to employees working 30+ hours per week.
• Direct Deposit/ Cash Debit Card available.
