Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a UKG experienced individual to work professionally with Kelly Benefits Payroll clients to drive the overall digital transformation to our HCM Suite for new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Lead client kick-off and requirements gathering meetings
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to client
• Manage project scope and budget
• Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
• Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
• Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Ready HR modules
• Validate data conversion
• Gain customer authorization on all Work Reports
• Participate in parallel cycles

Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements –
1. 3-5 or more years of Payroll / HR experience
2. UKG READY system experience
3. Experience with HCM system implementations / process
4. A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
5. A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
6. Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
8. Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision
9. Additional relevant certifications and expertise preferred (APA, SHRM, IHRIM, etc.)
