POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Build and sustain a maintenance system and schedule for our fleet and all equipment
- Fix, maintain, and service all vehicles and equipment
- Clean and maintain shop and mechanical equipment in multiple locations
- Set up a mobile mechanic service truck for daily use and fieldwork
- Excellent customer service with clients while on property
- Work well with crew and foreman to ensure proper maintenance/repairs are being handled accordingly
- Organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the care of equipment and career advancement.
- Physically fit and willing and able to work full-time (w/ possible overtime) and in adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to perform work safely and efficiently according to best management practices
- Properly drive, use, maintain, and operate equipment (trucks, tanks, probes, etc.)
- Monitor inventory of products and notify supervisors of needs
- Be able to sit/stand/squat/lay for periods of time, utilizing proper equipment
- Operate machinery, lifting, and clean-up
- Traveling to other branches
- CDL-A (preferred)
