OnStaff USA is currently seeking a MIG Welders in Benton Harbor, MI. For the MIG Welding position, the company is looking for a great candidate to join their MIG welding team. This position entails welding of steel products with emphasis on structural steel, I-beams and cantilever racking.

Perform solid welds on products for shipment
- Communicate effectively with coworkers on specific welding jobs
- Weld production to make rate each shift
- Staying motivated to hit welding goals
- Positive attitude and helpful demeanor
- Utilizing good manufacturing practices
Welding Requirements:
- Previous Welding experience or schooling
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Welding Hood and Gloves
- Steel toed boots.
- Lift up to 75lbs repeatedly.
