Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You'll Do:
- Perform test system design analysis for avionics systems and circuit card assembly sub- systems, create design specifications per program specifications
- Design and build test fixtures and test setups; execute test setup plans in labs
- Create automated testing software and perform integration of software to test systems
- Perform failure analysis of units under test, identifying trends and potential for design improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology. Computer Engineering majors will also be considered
- Experience in coursework with labs that focus on electronics, control systems, signal processing (digital/analog), RF circuits, electrical power distribution, and/or computer engineering
- Familiarity with practical uses of network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, logic analyzers, etc.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required
- Basics of software programming in Labview, C, and/or C#.
- Coursework in RF circuit theory and design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
