Team Member Responsibilities

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, Days or Evenings and Weekends (Saturdays)
• Works frontline with team to ensure friendly, fast, accurate service is delivered to every customer daily
• Maintain Zoup! Standards of high-quality soup, salad, sandwiches delivered daily to customers
• Uphold Zoup! culture, treat everyone, customers and fellow team members with courtesy and respect
• All Team Members responsible for cleanliness of store environment. All Team Members will take part in all aspects of cleaning, including washing dishes, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down counter tops, tables, common area surfaces.

Team Member

• Must be able to work Days or Evenings and Weekends
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 35lbs
• Must be able to work with hot items (Soups up to 175 temp) safely
• Must be able to work in cold environments at times throughout the day (Freezer)
• Must possess basic cash handling and mathematic skills
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have a positive, friendly attitude
• Must be able to work flexible schedule
• Must have valid driver’s license or State ID
• Some restaurant experience preferred but not required
