Woodland Empire Alecraft is looking for people to create a fun and memorable experience for our taproom guests. Customer service and great hospitality is the ultimate goal, so some experience is a plus; but we will train the right person who brings passion, energy, and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of our beer, products, and food will be the key to success. Our Tap Tenders are able to:
- Work independently to complete taproom tasks according to the Woodland standard
- Take ownership of and pride in their work
- Foster a fun and hospitable environment for our guests
- Learn about and promote our flavorful, high-quality beers
- Curate an overall amazing experience that guests can only receive in our taproom
Pay: $15.00 per hour
