We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide pivotal support to the Talent Acquisition Leader as the Human Resources Department focuses on meeting the firm’s talent acquisition and management goals.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, self-starting individual who is aspiring to join a team to support in achieving the firm’s short- and long-term significant, rapid, national growth. Within the last 5 years, the firm has almost doubled in size with the opening of 7 new offices!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to understand the strategy, operations, and talent needs of each line of business. Participate in management and staff meetings.
  • Provide day-to-day talent acquisition support to include coordinating interview schedules.
  • Under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Leader, actively recruit to fill open positions.
  • Actively build talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
  • Ensure consistency in all talent acquisition procedures.
  • Assist with the data collection and completion of the firms Affirmative Action Plan as a federal contractor.
  • Manage the firm’s comprehensive Co-Op and Internship Program with a national footprint. Build rapport with students to encourage a high full-time employee transition at time of graduation.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Marketing to represent Burns at conferences and recruiting events.
  • Act as a Burns brand ambassador to ensure candidates and new employees have a great experience interviewing and on-boarding at time of hire.
  • Under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Leader and Human Resources Business Partners, complete talent acquisition reporting.
  • Participate in the Philanthropy and/or Social Committee.
  • Assist with special duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or related subject matter (experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
  • 0 to 2 years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume, results focused recruiting environment.
  • AEC firm or staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.
