firstPRO inc. is looking for a Tableau Developer for our client in PA.
This is a full time direct hire position. 100% Remote.
$100,000-$110,000.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales team to understand their data needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau and other BI technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, providing expertise in analytics, creation, and continuous improvement of reports.
- Ensure that data quality and consistency is maintained across all reports and data sets.
- Support ad hoc requests by crafting and executing queries against multiple sources, including Retail Link.
- Create and develop a team environment focused on delivering high-quality reports and data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal sales team members as well as business partners to develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administration).
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Expertise in Tableau and other BI technologies, as well as a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with Retail Link is a plus.
- Previous experience in the Consumer Products industry with Analytics/Category Management Experience is helpful.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
