Must be flexible to work first, second or third shift. Shift should be consistent.

First: 4am-1pm

Second: 1pm-10pm

Third: 9pm-5am

Summary

Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel. Must be a multitask oriented individual with strong ability to utilize critical thinking skills in an extremely fast past production environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize menu driven software to manage and operate an automated system and if necessary, interface with an internal and external support team.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
• Strong computer and database application skills.
• Automation experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification is required upon commencement of work.
• Production experience a plus
