Someone who can get results under little supervision. You must have previous management experience. Base salary is $36,000/year with uncapped commissions. Commissions are guaranteed - but it's up to you how much.

Partnered with Cox Communications, we are a retail company based out of Tempe, Arizona. We currently operate seven Cox exclusive retail locations! We have stores in Phoenix, Tucson, Sierra Vista, Long Beach, San Diego and Las Vegas. Our locations look, feel, and act just like Corporate Owned Stores!

Job Duties of the Store Manager

  • Effectively lead, coach, and inspire your sales team on a daily basis to achieve and surpass monthly goals
  • Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times. Responsible for the overall productivity results in the store. Drive operational efficiency to help minimize risk and protect the stores assets. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Identify ways to manage and control store expenses.
  • Be the brand! Represent Cox Communications and our company with the utmost standards and ethics.
  • Maintain a successful business and implement practices beneficial to the growth and development of YOUR BUSINESS.
  • Store hours are 10AM-6PM Mon-Fri, 10AM-2PM Sat, with Sundays OFF

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of common business applications, such as web browsers, Outlook, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to defuse a tense situation and satisfy upset customers
  • Ability to lead and coach to deliver financial results
  • Sales and sales management experience with a customer focused, operationally excellent retailer, along with an established record of high personal performance
