Store Manager Job at Adam & Eve Haltom City
Adam & Eve Haltom City is looking for a goal driven, enthusiastic Store Manager with an outgoing personality. Qualified applicants will have experience in retail sales management with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. You must be comfortable being around and discussing adult content. Multi tasking, with the ability to efficiently and independently complete daily tasks while positively developing your team will lead to success in this role. You must have reliable transportation and flexible availability with nights, weekends and holidays required.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Must be comfortable being around and discussing adult content
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Additional store manager duties as needed
