The Recruitment Sourcer is key to the overall success of the recruitment team. You will work closely with the recruiters to source talent that fulfills our clients needs. As you seek to become a subject matter expert in what motivates and drives clinicians, you will leverage that knowledge to fulfill opportunities with school districts. As a self starter, you know the value of hard work and have a natural ability to stay motivated and positive. Requirements:

• Experience as a recruitment sourcer, staffing recruiter, coordinator, sales or similar role preferred
• Ability to either work from Lehi, UT or have a dedicated home office space
• Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
• Attending conferences and or meetings may be an essential part of this role; third parties hosting these activities may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, as defined by CDC guidelines.
