The Recruitment Sourcer is key to the overall success of the recruitment team. You will work closely with the recruiters to source talent that fulfills our clients needs. As you seek to become a subject matter expert in what motivates and drives clinicians, you will leverage that knowledge to fulfill opportunities with school districts. As a self starter, you know the value of hard work and have a natural ability to stay motivated and positive. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide and report on sourcing strategies, candidate identification, development of candidate pipelines, initial resume review and candidate pre-screening
- Subject matter expert in talent sourcing strategies to maintain and build a solid pipeline of candidates
- Cold-call passive candidates and engage interest in active opportunities
- Utilize boolean searches to identify potential candidates
- Craft and send recruitment emails and text campaigns to drive talent to eLuma
- Support recruiters in maintaining and posting on job boards
- Execute on outreach, referral generation, events and event follow-ups
- Identify active and passive talent sources, both using internal and external tools such as interacting with potential candidates on professional networks posting on social platforms and engaging with social media groups specific to the various disciplines which eLuma places
- Drive the talent database growth and participate in marketing efforts around engaging talent
- Attend conferences and career fairs, as requested
- Participate in pre-screening clinicians for availability and position placement fit
- Establish strong clinician relationships and ensure positive representation of company brand and reputation
- Passionate around social media, internet sourcing and other means that engage talent
- Assist with recruitment market research
- Accurately navigate ATS and document all interactions with candidates, ensuring a successful transition to recruiters and database integrity
- Keep track of metrics such as conversion rate (how many candidates secured via what channel), how many passive candidates turned into applicants, how many sourced candidates turned into contractors, Continue to optimize the sourcing strategy and process based on this data
- Ability to adjust quickly to sourcing work and regions, based on business needs
- Assist with credentialing, onboarding, and special projects, as needed
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers
- Fields more complex issues escalated by the Chatbot
- Partners with internal stakeholders to re-engage with current and upcoming talent in the field
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Experience as a recruitment sourcer, staffing recruiter, coordinator, sales or similar role preferred
- Ability to either work from Lehi, UT or have a dedicated home office space
- Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
- Attending conferences and or meetings may be an essential part of this role; third parties hosting these activities may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, as defined by CDC guidelines.
