SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Software Engineer is expected to perform the following:
The Software Engineer is expected to perform the following:
- Track requests via ticketing system and as assigned; perform triage and provide resolution for internal and external customers, escalating to Senior Systems Administrators as necessary.
- Deploy and configure proprietary software suite to internal and external customer servers.
- Experience with advanced programming in IRIS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Sitting, standing, and walking and work at computer for extended periods.
- Occasional after hours and weekends and possible overnight travel for problem resolutions and upgrades.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Education:
- Work Experience or Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
