This is an exciting opportunity to join our Reliable Maternity Team! This position is a part time, hybrid role with home base in our Norwood, MA location

Reliable Maternity is a branch of Reliable Respiratory, which is a Durable Medical Equipment Company (DME) located in Norwood, MA. Reliable Maternity provides the highest quality level of service, breast pumps through insurance and private pay, lactation counseling with certified lactation counselors and is a Breast Milk Drop-off Depot.

Reliable Maternity also participates in local events to support and promote women’s health.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join our Maternity Care team part time as a Social Media and Marketing Specialist.

Join a team of passionate women who care deeply about empowering, supporting, and educating women. In this role you will be asked to run our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, as well as maintain and update a content calendar for social postings. The role requires the development of social media campaigns, subsequent content, and initiatives to grow our patient community and general following. Additionally, the role requires general website maintenance and updating. This role also has opportunities to attend local off-site events with our team to promote Reliable Maternity (see some of our past events HERE).

Responsibilities

• Content creation for Instagram and LinkedIn Reliable Maternity accounts
• Create a content strategy for all of Reliable Maternity social sites, with the goal of earning organic traffic and ranking improvements
• Research for topical content for all social channels (Instagram, Blog, and LinkedIn)
• Writing relevant blog posts
• Maintain an online blog
• General website maintenance and updating
• Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ownership of customer experience on social channels by handling customers questions and issues, finding resolutions and solutions for customers, and connecting appropriate parties when needed

Basic Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
• Must be available for weekly on-site team meetings in our Norwood, MA office
• 2 years of relevant experience
