As a Site Manager with Clean Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our accounts.
We are currently looking for a Site Manager in the North Toledo, OH area.
We rely on our Manager's to:
Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates Control labor and supply costs Identify areas where further training is necessary, identify and retain all-star employees Ensure the account is adequately stocked Work together with your team and management to provide effective communication Manage your time and prioritize a daily agenda
Job Qualifications:
- Skilled at making quality decisions
- Ability to give and receive feedback efficiently and effectively
- Apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
- Effective time management and scheduling
- Monitor on-site team and provide constructive positive feedback
- Able to work Monday through Saturday, 6:30 am- 3:30 pm,
All applicants must be at least 18 with valid driver's license, have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
