CHO is searching for the right customer service-focused individual to join our Landside Operations Team. Responsibilities include driving the airport shuttle, cashiering in airport parking booths, and assisting customers with airport information in and around the terminal building. The position will also assist passengers in the airport parking lots and perform basic troubleshooting of parking equipment. On-call snow/ice removal is required. Shifts are 10 hours – 40 hours per week and will include a weekend shift and some holidays. The available shift is to be determined (day shifts are 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM and evening shifts are 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
Applicants must successfully complete a required fingerprint-based criminal history records check, employment background check, pass a pre-employment drug screening and possess a valid Virginia driver's license with driving record insurable by Authority's automobile liability carrier.
