Pathfinder is an oilfield service company seeking applicants for a Shop Mechanic. This position is based out of Dickinson, ND.
NEED NOT APPLY WITHOUT 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A MECHANIC.
Class A Drivers License is a plus but not required.
Applicant needs to be able to work on gas engines, diesel engines, small engines, equipment (loaders, forklifts), trailers, brakes and tires.
Requirements:
Mechanic would have several years experience preferably a degree or trade school equivalent
Ability to lift and move objects 50lbs+
Ability to work long hours
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to learn the equipment we use
Ability to diagnose electrical issues
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Ability to diagnose mechanical problems Ability to work on hydraulic systems
Ability to fabricate and weld
Ability to follow direction and fill out proper paperwork
Ability to service vehicles accordingly
Ability to properly use multimeter
Ability to repair electrical cords including soldering
Ability to keep a clean work environment
Applicant must be able to keep accountability of tools
Report damages to supervisor
Report repairs needed to supervisor
Work well with others, Must be self-motivated, Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
Pay will be dependent on experience and negotiated upon employment
Position available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits. Benefits include health care after 60 days of employment. We cover 100% of the employee premium. 401k with matching after 1 year of employment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and will be subject to random testing.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
