How would you like to help customers get their product ready to ride on the water? We are looking for an individual active in the industry to support the service and parts team at our marine center in Red Wing, MN.
We are an industry leader and represent the best of the best including but not limited to: Yamaha, Bennington, Chris Craft, Cobalt, Alumacraft, Sea Doo.
Job Summary:
To create a positive customer and employee experience. How this role can do this is by creating a satisfactionary interaction at our service and parts department by attentively assisting over the counter customers with part sales and service writing in a timely, accurate, and communicative manner. The service and parts team works together as one team to ensure the departments needs and goals are met. Specific duties may vary based on the needs of the department (Shipping, receiving, checking in units, selling parts over the counter, creating a repair order, pulling parts for technicians, overall organization and cleanliness of storage and front counter)
Schedule:
5 day work week: Monday thru Friday 8:00AM-5PM

Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service, parts, or front facing customer service role. Superb communication skills. Has a passion for the marine product or related industry, professional experience at a dealership within industry/related industry is a plus. High School diploma required. Ideal candidate would have some type of basic mechanic knowledge

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
