Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm
Pay Rate: $640 weekly pay out

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Inbound receipts – Check in drivers in accordance with policy. Receive and unload deliveries from vendors. This will be done using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Outbound shipments – Check in drivers in accordance with policy. Pull material in accordance with pick lists provided. Lot numbers and quantities must be verified. Maintain close communication with customer service regarding product availability and specific customer requirements. Ensure all material is properly stacked, wrapped and loaded on trailers at time of pick up.
• Complete necessary paperwork (i.e trailer inspection sheets, etc) for deliveries and shipments if applicable as per training. Attention to detail is of high importance. Any discrepancies should be directed to your supervisor immediately.
• Complete tasks and fill out required daily paperwork as directed by supervisor. Master sanitation logs and forklift check sheets are of critical importance.
• Receive RMA (return material authorization) returns following the correct process discussed during training.
• Maintain organization on the dock so materials are easily accessible and can be handed off to warehouse personnel.
• Maintain finished good warehouse in a neat orderly fashion so picking orders can be done efficiently and accurately. This includes receiving in finished good material from production, verifying quantity, shrink wrap and label as needed and properly store.
• Perform inventory counts as directed.
• Assist with warehousing or other Las Olas department functions when directed by your supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a self-starter who can accomplish results in a fast paced environment with little or no direction.
• Must be able to follow directions and complete necessary paperwork.
• Must have flexibility with regards to your schedule. You will be asked to work before and after your normal shift hours to complete tasks.
• Must be able to count and do basic math functions with out the aid of a calculator.
• Must be willing to develop additional computer skills to assist with job functions.
• Must be able to lift manually up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to be certified on Forklift.

• 8 hour shift
