This car repair position earns a competitive salary plus commissions. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO REPAIR SERVICE ADVISOR

In this position, you provide our customers with a smooth and hassle-free experience. Each day, you are the go-to person when a customer comes in with a vehicular issue. With great attention to detail, you accurately convey the needs of the customer to the Technician with as much pertinent information as possible. An excellent communicator, you expertly manage customer expectations and thoroughly explain service quotes, and recommended repairs/services. Highly organized, you also keep accurate service records and easily maintain excellent customer relationships. You love working in a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
