Job Duties:
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner as if you were greeting friends coming to your home
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their
- Deliver on all steps of service for food and beverage; including delivery and overall table maintenance and cleaning
- Answer the phone and assist with answering guest questions in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Complete any side-station assignments before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness of overall restaurant
- Must be accountable for receiving accurate payment and balancing the cash during shift
We all work together to deliver a WOW experience for our Guests. Provide service in a way as to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints. Position requires slip-resistant shoes. This position requires regular attendance; requires the ability to stand or walk for hours at a time; frequently required to hear, speak, walk, crawl, climb, stand, reach, bend, balance, kneel, stoop, lift and carry items up to 50 lbs; requires ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature, and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning
