The Dental Sr. Provider Relations Rep is responsible for a full range of provider relations and service interactions with directly contracted dental providers, including but not limited to locating a dentist for a member, provider education, re-contracting, contract remediation, and network retention. This role is responsible for developing, enhancing and delivering provider education programs, addressing escalated high-level complex issues, and communicating resolution in a professional well written manner. The role also will audit large group practices to ensure all associates are appropriately under contract. This role will cover an assigned territory and will focus on Medicare and Commercial lines of business.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and implementation of programs that build positive relationships between the dental plan, providers, practice managers, and internal stake holders
- Address high-level escalated issues and communicate resolution to stakeholders
- Network Retention
- Large dental practice contract maintenance
- Network maintenance, education, and ensuring solid provider relationships

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a network management related role, such as contracting, provider relations or provider services and/or experience working in a dental office
- Intermediate Excel Skill set with ability to manipulate a large volume of data
- Proficiency with MS Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Medicaid Dental experience
- Provider negotiation and contracting experience
- Knowledge of Dental products/providers
- Knowledge of claim processing systems and guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills, ability to establish rapport and work well with others

Colorado, Connecticut, New York or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut/New York/Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
