QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 plus years of experience in an applications programmer/analyst role
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in non-profit and/or member-based organizations is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with SQL Server development skills including SQL, PL/SQL, database triggers, database views, database stored procedures and functions
- Demonstrated experience with Business Objects (preferred) or other Analytics, BI, and Reporting tools
- Development skills in one more of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, PHP, CSS, and secure web services a plus
- Personify (preferred), Daxko, or other membership management applications experience a plus
- Oracle EBS or Fusion Financials and Procurement and Oracle/Hyperion Planning and Budgeting experience a plus
- Ability to listen to the customers, respond to business requirements, develop progressive relationships with stakeholders is required
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment is required
- Strong critical thinking, operations and systems analysis, and problem-solving skills are required
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with and talk to end users are required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support and enhance existing business applications including Membership Management (Personify), CRM, Financials, and Procurement
- Partner with business users to review business processes and requirements and recommend application and technology solutions. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Design, develop, implement, test, and support solutions using the Personify application and integrations with 3rd party applications
- Perform functional application setup, configuration, and testing with business users
- Develop reports and perform administration in the Personify Business Objects environment, including universe development
- Troubleshoot production problems related to Personify and other applications
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
