RVFLimited is a US-based firm that provides design and construction management worldwide in the heart of the industrial facility and Federal Government contracting industries. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced leaders to drive and guide our dynamic design team.

OPPORTUNITY – DESIGN ENGINEER

RVFLimited is seeking a design engineer to join our growing design team, which is comprised of 14 multidisciplinary engineers, architects, and scientists and an annual budget of more than $3M.

Role & Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for technical department leadership
• Develop of strategies to meet and exceed budget, schedule, and performance goals for the design team

• Manage a team of multidisciplinary engineers, architects, and scientists
• Develop and expand the role of the design team within the client’s organization
• Participate in team and client meetings and evaluations, prepare and present program proposals, achieve and maintain efficient communication

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 5-10 years of design experience
• AutoCAD Civils 3D strongly preferred

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented

Travel Requirements

• Travel may be required to meet with clients, between offices, or to complete project reviews.

Work Environment

• Primarily an office-based position with required field visits
• Office work from the St. Louis, MO; Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; or Fayetteville, NC areas
