KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Learning Measurement & Evaluation to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute learning measurement and program evaluation plans for KPMG Learning & Development (L&D) teams
  • Perform ad hoc report/data extraction from L&D managed systems ensuring data is generated completely and accurately by leveraging standardized learning measurement toolkit
  • Use a suite of business intelligence tools (E.g. Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL, and Excel,etc.) to analyze and report outcomes of learning solutions
  • Prepare learning measurement and program evaluation findings and recommendations for communication to stakeholders and assist stakeholder understanding of underlying data
  • Support maintenance and refresh of data in L&D managed reporting systems and dashboards, including indexing of data as needed
  • Facilitate focus groups and interviews with learners and supervisors to provide data called for in focus group/interview or Success Case Method plans; Analyze data to produce reports providing insights and suggestions on how to continually improve L&D effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience using a suite of business intelligence tools and applications for data and analytics (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, SQL, R, Python); preferably within a large organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in related field a plus (D&A, data science, statistics, educational research/measurement, psychometrics, adult learning, instructional technology, instructional design, etc.; Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in accounting or auditing, will be considered if accompanied by other related field skills and experience requirements are met
  • Proven competence in wrangling qualitative and quantitative data sets and conducting analyses using industry accepted techniques and principles; PowerBI expertise preferred
  • Solid experience with financial statement audit, attestation or assurance services preferred
  • Experience with Questionmark’s Perception and Metrics That Matter applications preferred

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $73000 - High: $128500
