Matheson is looking for a Seasonal Personal Assistant for our location in Chicopee, MA.
- This is a Seasonal Temporary Position, from November until December/January.
Position Description: As a Seasonal Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support for employees and managers to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will answer and direct calls, help prepare and distribute reports, and maintain a filing system. You will reconcile and submit expense reports, maintain a clean office environment, and schedule meetings, including candidate interviews. You will write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and faxes. You will be expected to complete duties in a timely, high-quality, accurate manner.

Compensation:
- $20.59 hourly + $4.54 benefit stipend
- Paid Weekly
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven administrative experience and proficiency in MS Office.
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience desired.
- USPS requirements for handling mail are 3 years of continuous US residency
