Seasonal Binding Assembly Job at Spark R&D
Spark R&D, the industry-leading splitboard binding maker, is hiring Seasonal Binding Assembly members for weekend day shifts! These positions are seasonal lasting between 4 - 6 weeks. At the end of the period there is potential to be hired on, but no guarantee. Positions are $18 per hour.

We manufacture the world's best splitboard binding right here in Bozeman, MT. We are seeking hard-working, passionate, and reliable individuals to join our machining team. You'll learn new skills, work with a rad crew and help us to grow as a company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist assembly lead in maintaining organized and accurate inventory
- Assemble bindings, binding components, and crampons with other assembly team members
- Count parts in process and finished goods to assist in accurate ERP entries
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process
- Assist machining with bending of flat parts as necessary
- Assist with counting and recording processed parts in all sub-departments as needed
- Alert supervisor if tools/fixtures are broken
- Maintain clean work area. Clean and take out trash and the end of every shift
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Able to use pneumatic air guns, presses, and hand tools
- Good communication
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend and lift 50 lbs.
Weekend shifts only.
