Our client, a leader in the Life Science space, is seeking for a talented Scrum Master with the following qualifications and requirements:

The Role:
The Scrum Master supports IT/Digital Product delivery in our Client’s R&D organization. This individual will guide and coach the Product Oriented Delivery (POD) team through scrum framework to deliver IT/Digital products for early Discovery Research, Translational Medicine Research and Clinical Operations in our client. This individual reports to the Director of IT R&D Product Management.

Responsibilities:

· Guide and coach Product Oriented Delivery (POD) team through Scrum framework

· Responsible for product delivery and continuous improvement with Agile practices

· Follow Client’s Product Management Framework, act as the coordinator with key cross functional members (external to the POD team) including Enterprise Architect, IT security, IT quality, Infrastructure Engineer, PMO and Network/I-O Operations

· Own and facilitate Scrum ceremonies within POD team including Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives

· Manage Jira board and Confluence pages and be the go-to person for POD team for Jira and Confluence related activities or usage

· Create Jira dashboard for Sprint Reports such as Burn chart, Velocity etc...

· Assist with release plan, User stories and Manage workflow.

· Support Product Manager to maintain product roadmap

· Support Product Owner and Business Analyst to create product vision, value, and roadmap documents

· Ensure all required documentation is delivered, signed off, and archived before every product release, in accordance with IT Quality standards

· Assist Product Manager with Status Reporting to the Project Board and other stakeholders, when needed

· Coordinate product release activities with infrastructure and network operation support; initiate ServiceNow L1 support if it is necessary

· Manage product continuous improvement with DevOp

Requirements:
Moreover, you meet the following professional requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry

· 3+ years working experience as Scrum Master to deliver digital/IT products

· Good knowledge and understanding of lab workflow automation, scientific data flow integration and ecosystem (LIMS, ELN, Genedata, etc...) connection

· Extensive knowledge and understanding of Data Platform elements such as data standards & governance, data life cycle management and data management

· Extensive working experience in Jira, Confluence and Xray platform

· Good knowledge and understanding of Drug development life cycle is a plus

· Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines

· Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic and goal orientated

· A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. lab Scientists, Trial Managers, Data Managers, Clinicians, vendors labs) to support product development strategy

· Strong communication skills - both oral and written

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
