POSITION TITLE:
Administrative Scheduler - Front Office Assistant(Full-Time)
EXEMPTION STATUS: Non-Exempt
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
Support all clients,clinical and admin staff with administrative, receptionist and billing duties.
SUPERVISED BY: Operations Manager
The Summit Counseling Center seeks an experienced, motivated, and highly-qualified front office assistant to support the non-profit agency's fast-paced, client-facing operations, clinical staff, Front Office team/Manager and Leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Typical Duties
While the duties for this position will vary, depending on the center's needs, typical duties include:
· Front Office: provide the highest level of customer service to all staff and clients; professionally answer phone calls and be able to make use of a phone script; respond to emails and disperse postal mail; explain center services, procedures and policies; schedule client appointments, manage paperwork and collect payments; data entry; methodically post payments and donor subsidies; keep office orderly and maintain professional cleanliness; track office supplies.
· Administration: attend front office meetings and one-on-one's; support Operations Manager and Front Office Team Lead in day-to-day tasks; assist with special projects on a deadline to support center's operational needs; effectively and respectfully communicate with clinical staff, front office staff, and management; be able to remain calm and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment; be able to work both alone and in a team setting.

Job Type: This full-time position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental,vision, and retirement savings plans. Salary varies between $16.00 or $17.00 depending on shift and up to $16.50 or $17.50 for successful completion of training objectives at 90 days.

· Administrative Assistant: 1-3 years (Required)
· Customer Service: 3 years + (Required)
Education:
· Associate, Bachelor's (Preferred)

TO BE NOTED: The currently open positions will be scheduled for approximately 40 hours a week for full-time at one of our North Fulton sites (in Johns Creek, Dunwoody, and/or Milton) during our operating hours (8am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-7pm Friday, 9-1 Saturday).

- 8a-4p or 9a-5p
- 10a-6p or 11a-7p
- 12p-8p or 12:30p-8:30p
All staff is required to be flexible and work evenings depending on coverage needs (may possibly include Saturday's)
The Summit Counseling Center is a non-profit, Christian-based organization which provides counseling services to the North Fulton community. Since 1990, Summit Counseling Center has been a trusted community partner which integrates our faith-based approach to bring hope, healing and restoration to all ages that may struggle with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, mental illness and family dysfunction. This position will provide administrative and clerical support for all front office staff and managers, as well as our clients and community members.
