Bell is seeking a Sales Representative. This is a sales support role assisting Bell’s Europe, Middle East & Africa sales regions by working closely with the field sales team to develop product literature, proposals, coordinate aircraft demonstrations, purchase agreements and customer quotes.
This position will require organizing resources, presentation venues, preparing sales presentation materials, maintaining details on all contacts, preparation of sales reports and any other aspect related to the effective administration of the Europe, Middle East & Africa Sales Teams. This position will also interface with customers at product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer visits with the sales team.
This is an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX, available in January 2023.
Position Responsibilities:
- Compare, differentiate, and communicate product features based on customer needs and requirements.
- Advance into roles of increasing customer interface and responsibility.
- Develop sales literature, sales proposals, and purchase agreements.
- Coordinate delivery of marketing materials to Sales Managers.
- Develop & implement plans for aircraft demonstrations, trade shows and sales meetings in the US and in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
- Forecast annual sales goals.
- Ensure that SalesForce.com is current for assigned region.
- Coordinate aircraft deliveries.
- Support achievement of annual sales goals for assigned region.
- Work with Finance, Customer Support Services, Contracts and Legal to ensure compliance.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field. In lieu of degree, at least 6 years of closely related experience in aviation/aerospace industry may be considered.
Position Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing capacity.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with the prevalent cultures in Europe, Middle East & Africa required.
- Experience in the aerospace/aviation industry.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, written/oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to grasp concepts and skills along with potential to assume a more responsible role.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Willing and able to travel internationally 20% of the time.
- Language capability a strong plus (French, Arabic, German, Spanish, or others). #LI-Onsite
