I am seeking highly motivated door to door Sales Representatives to join our team who can work the summer months May-August. We work in Pheonix AZ for the first half of the summer and then come back to California for the second half (we provide fully furnished apartments for our reps to stay in while they are working with us).

We are seeking individuals who have a solid mindset to win. The harder you work the more money you will make plain and simple. We need committed sales reps with an extremely strong work ethic. We are very selective in our hiring process. That being said experience is a big plus but NOT REQUIRED. We tend to hire a very diverse group of students/professionals who all share the same necessary traits and characteristics to be successful.

The majority of our first year reps make $25k during the 3-4 month summer period. (This is ideal for students going to school full time). Students can make enough money during the summer that they dont need a job during the year which allows them to better focus on school. This job is hard but it's also just as rewarding as it is difficult. It takes mental toughness and strong character to be successful at this and those are the people we hire.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company services to new customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to handle rejection
