JOB SUMMARY:

In this role you will conduct sales visits offering our excavation, plumbing and/or HVAC services. The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated by our technicians and customer service representatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years’ experience in outside sales, sales of in-home services preferred but not required
• Ability to quickly create rapport with customers
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
• High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism along with personal integrity and respect for others
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct sales visits offering our excavation, plumbing and/or HVAC services, emphasizing or recommend services based on knowledge of customers' needs.
• Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, and/or credit terms.
• Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their problems.
• Marking dig locations completely and accurately.
• Taking pictures and video of customers' site and writing accurate notes to then upload to our job management system for use by excavation technicians to complete services requested.
