We are seeking professional and outgoing Automotive Sales Consultants to join our staff! Make as much as you want - we will train. Car sales is not what it used to be. Follow a process to success! We will train!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales consultants take customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures.
  • Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge in vehicle features.
  • Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive.
  • Provide vehicle to customer through an established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty and paperwork.
  • Utilize and maintain our CRM toll to encourage repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
  • High standards of customer service , organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
