The Position: We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate.

Job Summary

Webko of Wausau is looking for a dedicated individual who is interested in a full-time position as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate would have experience in a sales role pitching products to clients, quoting customers, performing data entry, and having outstanding customer service skills. Experience isn't necessary, however as we are willing to teach the appropriate skills.

Essential Duties

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Webko’s personalization services in order to meet the needs of every Client.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Knowledge on the products we offer. To recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on client needs and desires.
• Create sales orders, invoices, and receiving payments in Quickbooks.
• Place Special Orders or call other stores to find desired merchandise.
• Check out and bag retail purchases.
• Answer and respond to telephone and email customers in a professional manner.
• Folding completed orders.
• Delivering orders to our larger clients in the Wausau area.
• Maintain high standards, whether or not the owner is present.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, Quickbooks experience preferred.
• A good work ethic and a willingness to learn new things.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for an 8 hour shift.
• Lift 25-50 pounds with occasional bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, & stretching.

Hours

• Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
