We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Branch Sales Associate in our Winchester, VA location.

Position: Part- time, day shift opportunity (up to 32 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers.
• Provide support for our Parts Stores and support shipping, receiving and order processing in the branch location.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in customer service or sales desired
• Demonstrated effective customer service skills
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HVAC or similar contractors or vendors strongly desired
• Computer literacy with proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and willingness and be willing to participate
• 1+ year of counter sales, service or customer facing experience - candidates with B2B customer experience such as HVAC, Auto Parts or other commercial or industrial related counter sales desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders
• Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is a plus.
