Safety Systems Specialist Job at Groendyke Transport Inc
Job Purpose: Through partnership between Safety and Operations teams, develop and implement safety systems that improve safety and efficiency. Develop reporting matrices regarding safety, training status and activities for use by corporate and operations management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster corporate wide culture of safety and training
- Research, recommend, develop, implement and maintain safety systems to include: course materials, audio/visual aids, tests and written materials camera systems, and in cab technology
- Satisfy internal and external customer expectations and requirements
- Modernize safety and training documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
- Integrate technology systems to leverage learning, trackgin and analysis of training and safety data.
- All other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Process Safety Management
- Training development experience
- Project Management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
