MultiCare Health System is now offering the opportunity for Visa Sponsorship for experienced international nurses (RN) who wish to relocate to the United States via H1B sponsorship. Registered Nursing experience in a tertiary hospital setting is required (min 100 beds).

As a MultiCare RN, you'll assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. We'll rely on you to apply your specialized training, demonstrate critical thinking and consistently follow established processes. Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) required. The following items are required to be current by your start date: WA state RN license, Health Care Provider level CPR certification and a BLS card. In addition, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or PEARS certification may be required by facility or department. Specialty certification preferred.

Are you a Graduate of a Foreign Nursing Education Program?
Please review the WA State Board of Nursing requirements to complete before you can apply for a WA RN license; including Transcript Evaluation and an English Proficiency Exam (IELTS (or) OET).

NCLEX
In order to practice nursing in the United States, all nursing school graduates must first take and pass the registered nurses (RN), National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).

***Proof of passing the NCLEX or date of your scheduled NCLEX is required at time of application.***
